A delicious dish for Easter and of course throughout the year. Fast and simple. Can be eaten with a vegetable dish like Tumis Sajuran and steamed rice. So while the chicken is still working on some more eggs we are going to look for the secret family recipe.. hidden in an egg? We should have found it before Easter.

Hoi Jeff,
Toevallig eergisteren ook gemaakt. Ik vraag me bij dit recept alleen af wat laos leaves zijn, waar kan je die kopen en in hoeverre smaken ze anders dan de wortel?
Groet,
Albert (Kokosky Deforchaux)
Hey Albert,
Goed opgemerkt; Laos ‘leaves’ moet zijn gewoon laos (wortelstok – galanga). Lekkerrr gerecht he?!
Groet,
Jeff
