There are many different ways to liven up your noodles. It’s a treat for your eyes as well as your palate when you add some additional colors, flavors and textures to it. This instant noodles recipe is for Mie Goreng – the dry and fried style.
1 pack of Mi Goreng (fried noodles)
1 stalk of spring onions
5 small chicken vienna sausages
1 red chili pepper
1 table spoon deep fried shallots
Fry the sausages with some cooking oil in a skillet and slice them when done. Slice the spring onions. Boil the noodles in water. Put the content of the packages with sauces and spices in a bowl and mix with drained noodles. Serve on a plate and top off with the sliced sausages, spring onions, (sliced) red chili pepper and sprinkle some fried sjallots over it too. You can add some chili sauce for the extra kick. Enjoy!
