1. INDO BURRITO
A dish that’s fast and delicious with an Indo-Mexican twist. Check the recipe for a selection of left-overs wrapped in a tortilla. Usually one protein and one vegetable dish served with steamed rice. The different dishes can be served at room temperature. You can simply wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30-60 seconds, until warm. You can do the same with the dishes.
