Ingredients
9 oz fresh spinach (whole leave and stem)
4 cups water
3 cloves shallots, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
2 slices of finger root (Thai: krachai)
1 tsp salt
Method
Bring water in a pan to a boil
Add shallots, garlic. finger root and salt and leave boiling for 5 minutes
Add spinach and stir well
Remove from heat source
Serve in a bowl
