Meet Joseph Gidman, our guest in this episode of The Rice Table. Joseph is chef and co-owner of Van Gogh’s Eeterie, a Dutch-inspired restaurant – the only one of its kind in the state of Missouri.
Gidman, along with his mother, Claire, also owns Cafe Cusco, a Peruvian restaurant and Chabom Teas + Spices shop with a Portuguese touch.
