Summer on your plate with Sanur Salad

1 carrot, julienned
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 kale leaves, chopped or torn into small pieces
1/2 cucumber, julienned 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 cup water
4 tbsp. rice vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
2 small chillies (Tjabe rawit), sliced
5 tbsp. fish sauce
Cut the vegetables finely using a food processor or a julienne peeler. For the dressing bring water to a boil with vinegar and sugar. Let cool. Add garlic and peppers to the cooled fluid. Stir briefly and pour the fish sauce in. Put the vegetables in a large bowl and spoon the dressing through. There you go!
